What is a membership

If you are a program or agency that provides domestic and sexual violence services and would like more information about becoming a member program, please contact Debbie Fox, Development Director or call 503.2301951.

There are four different categories of membership:

  • Program Member
  • Supporting Member: Individual
  • Supporting Member: Affiliate
  • Supporting Member: Public Service

Each category has different benefits, requirements and dues:

Program Member
Benefits:

  • Voting Privilege
  • Eligibility to serve on the Coalition Board of Directors
  • Oregon's Charitable Tax Check Funds
  • Reduced fees/scholarships for the Coalition Annual Conference
  • Reduced fees for Coalition trainings
  • Technical Assistance
  • Resource and Library use
  • Website log in permissions

Requirements:

  • Non-Profit 501C3 that has a primary focus on providing services to surivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assalut and Stalking
  • Support Mission and Philosophy of the Coalition

Dues: determined by Program's budget

  • $0 - $100,000 = $350
  • $101,000 - $300,000 = $500
  • $301,000 - $500,000 = $650
  • $501, 000 - $750,000 = $800
  • $751,000 & above = $950

Supporting Member - Individual
Benefits:

  • Monthly Email Newsletter
  • Email updates on current legislative and other issues
  • Reduced fees for Event/ Training

Requirements:

  • Support Mission and Philosopy of the Coalition

Dues:

  • $50.00
  • $25.00 student

Supporting Member - Affiliate
Benefits:

  • Monthly Email Newsletter
  • Email updates on current legislative and other issues
  • Reduced fees for Event/ Training

Requirements:

  • Organizations concerned with Violence Against Women
  • Except, Non-profit crisis center, shelter/programs
  • Support Mission and Philosopy of the Coalition

Dues:

  • $250.00

Supporting Member - Public Service
Benefits:

  • Reduced fees for Event/ Training

Requirements:

  • Support Mission and Philosopy of the Coalition

Dues:

  • $500.00
